Shipping Policy
Spicy Mix Online Food Products are delivered worldwide through registered shipping partners. All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the customer. There will be an additional delivery charge. You will receive your orders within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the distance. We will confirm delivery of your services via your e-mail address provided during registration. If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the order due to invalid or wrong shipping information provided by the customer, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be initiated for the same. To avoid such situations, we kindly request our customers to double-check and provide accurate shipping details when placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, delivery address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions.
Return Policy
It is only our return policy that applies to broken or damaged products as well as receiving the wrong product. Once the damaged/broken/received wrong product images are sent to us through mail. We will verify the issue & send you a new order as a replaced
